  5. We don’t maintain ~ We grow - Following Jesus is about growth and reaching the lost.
  6. Everyone has a purpose and a place - Using what God has given us for His Kingdom.
  7. We want to be a blessing to our community - Serve those people and programs that need help and bring hope.
What We Do
We put great emphasis on meeting people where they are at. Fulfilling this mission through our partnerships with organizations within the Tooele valley.

The different ways we engage with the community:

  • Project Back to School: Every year, Middle Canyon Church puts on this wonderful event to help students and families get all set for the new school year. We give away backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, vision screenings, food pantry items, and lunch. It’s a free event for everyone in the community, and a fantastic way to spend an afternoon together.
  • Tim Tebow Foundation: The Tim Tebow Foundation is dedicated to making a real difference by supporting the real MVP's around the world, often referred to as the “Most Vulnerable People.” They’re actively working to combat child exploitation and trafficking.
  • Switchpoint: Switchpoint is a wonderful organization that built Harris Village, which provides housing and food for the homeless. They also manage the Tooele thrift store and food pantry. Our volunteers are always happy to lend a hand at both the shelter and pantry.
  • DDI Vantage: DDI Vantage is dedicated to supporting children in need by ensuring they have the essentials they require each day. We collaborate with them to bring joy to these children by providing Christmas gifts.
